Counselling and Psychotherapy
I offer a free 20 minute introductory video/phone call to chat through any questions you may have. This is open to anyone and can often be useful to discuss what a person might bring to counselling, what they would like from counselling and whether I might be the therapist they're looking for.

I offer short-term counselling (between 4 to 16 sessions) or long-term counselling and online psychotherapy (16+ sessions). If you're unsure which you would prefer, we can agree to arrange 'session blocks' where we can work together to meet your goals in 'blocks'. Sessions are held via Video Conferencing, Phone, Instant messenger and Email, whichever you feel will suit you better.

Sessions last a full hour and are structured within a pluralistic framework that highlights the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive therapeutic space that is tailored to you.

I charge £50 per session, which can be paid by bank transfer in advance of the session. There are also sessions available at a reduced cost if you are unable to pay the full amount. It's important to me that cost wouldn't stop anyone from seeking support.
Face to Face
Currently only offering outdoor counselling as an in-person method. This may change in which case, please feel free to contact me if face to face is preferred.
Video
Video Conferencing allows therapy to happen where you're most comfortable. A link via a secure platform, will be sent to you in advance of therapy.
Phone
Speaking over the phone may feel more comfortable if you prefer to have therapy without travel and away from a computer/camera.
Instant Messenger
If writing is easier, this form of communication allows therapy to be offered in real time via a secure app enabling encrypted messages . Messages can then be kept for your reference.
Using a secure email account, therapeutic emails can be written at a time that best suits you and responded to at an agreed date.
